From 1st April 2022, Mid-Year admissions applications must be made direct to the school. An application form can be downloaded below. Please return completed applications to the office FAO: Admissions, Cooks Spinney Primary Academy, Cooks Spinney, Harlow, Essex, CM20 3BW or email scanned or electronically completed forms to admin@bmatcooksspinney.org.uk
