This page is designed to provide you with the information needed to make the year as successful as possible.

Our topic this half term will be ‘In The Garden!’ We have many exciting learning opportunities planned around growing and minibeasts. We will also have a strong focus on transitions as we begin visiting our new classes and getting ready for Reception!

In English this half term, we will be reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Superworm, and Oliver’s Vegetables.

In Maths this half term, we will be learning about subitising, counting out amounts, and making comparisons.

In Science this half term, we will be focusing on minibeasts, life cycles, planting, and the season of summer.

In Music this half term, our focus will be on movement and dancing.

In Art this half term, we will be developing our mark-making skills through observational drawings.

In PSHE this half term, we will be focusing on transitions.

Our PE day will be every Friday.
